The flow chart depicts the process of gaining entry into the university for high school graduates. Overall, the process begins with obtaining a high school degree and ends with approval from the Dean of the university. As can be seen in the flow chart, a high school degree is required as a prerequisite for application. Besides, high school graduates first need to download and complete an application form from the website. The filled form then is sent to the administrative officer for processing, where 'provisional acceptance', or 'acceptance to complete enrolment' can be offered or the application can be rejected as well. However, if a complete application is rejected, it can either be canceled or a complete application for some alternative course is sent back to the administrator’s office. Moreover, there are two types of acceptance - complete enrolment and provisional acceptance. If a provisional acceptance is offered, more documentation is needed to submit within 2 weeks to the admin department. After that, the applicants' papers are reexamined. Those who are accepted for complete enrolment then select their subjects and registration will be done at Dean’s office. In the last step, the students get admitted to entering the university.
