This diagram provides information on the steps followed by students that passed high school to enter a graduate programme. At the onset, it is possible to observe that the first process to get into a college is Obtaining a high school degree. After that they are required to fill an application form downloaded from the college website. Then the forms are to be sent to the admin. The administrative officers can reject or cancel an application. They can accept the form provisionally which indicates that the application required to submit more documents within 2 weeks. Moreover, the application can be rejected or cancelled. The applicant should compile the documents and send them to the admin. If rejected, the students are asked to choose an alternative courses and apply. Furthermore if the enrollment is accepted completely, then the applicants can select subjects and register with dean. Finally they can make entry to the college.
