In my opinion,it's a good way of providing work for others because of the following reasons. First of all,when you have a high paying job like at the management level requires work pressure and coming home late needs some one to take care of the home and children. It also enables one to be free and relax from over working at home yet there is need to pay someone to do the work. It also creates employment opportunities to those who didn't study and they could improve their standards of living by earning monthly. It also enables you to go for long trips and workshops without worrying of home and children when their is someone paid taking care of the home. It also reduces pressure both home and at work in such a way that it makes working easy and reaching home when everything is ok and set for exams cooking food and bathing children. It also reduces high risk of safety at home whenever you report to work and there is no one to oversee home and assets. Pay someone to take care of the family, children is good in a way that,the house look clean and sanitation is maintained more especially when visitors come for a visit. It's also makes the family be strong and busy in a way that it looks like people are living on it. It also prevents wild animals like snakes and other animals from entering the house in a way that the house is clean. It also creates a saver environment and Cool since people live in and quiet free from noise pollution.
