Writing report

Dear Sir, I am writing you regarding my intentions to move to a new department in the organization, as a means to both support my career growth and also use the skills I have acquired over the years to better help the company fulfill its missions and visions. Working as a support staff in the last two years has not only helped me learn to improve my customer relationship management, but also made me to see the importance of empathy and patience in dealing with people both in the work space and in my daily living. As a result of this, I believe the Human Resources department is a better fit for me in my career progression, as this department would enable me to not only serve the people we offer our services to, but also help me to see to the improvement of the staff’s wellbeing more. Digibay as a work place has given me such a great amount of relevance and the fact that it support moving up the ladder of success is one of the reasons why I have loved every bit of my time here, and I also look forward to finding out about the many exciting opportunities it has to offer in the nearest future.
