As the diagram depicts the infrastructure information of central library at two different points of time, the relevant progressions can be seen in the current era. Twenty years ago, there was enquiry desk which helped people in tasks by either issuing tickets or helping them in returning the books but now as the world has progessed towards automation, the central library has also installed machines for the self service and there is information desk which assists people in resolving their queries. Previously 20 years back it had reading room but now it has introduced the lecture room which helps people in understanding the topics more effectively through group discussions or through lectures. Moreover, it has now improved the seating area where the children can stay at ease and can enjoy story telling events and read fiction books. It has also introduced a separate computer room now. The current central library has a cafe which can alleviate the hunger of the people visiting the library. It has also included all the reference books now which can help people of any age to get information and spend quality time there. We can conclude that the central library has transformed into a more user friendly place where they have not only focused on fulfilling the reading requirement of peope but also on thr ease and comfort of people now as compared to previous 20 years.
