I hope this letter finds you well. I sincerely apologize for the recent noise disturbances coming from my flat, and I appreciate your patience and understanding. The noise was primarily due to some unexpected repairs and renovations I had to carry out. Unfortunately, there were issues with the flooring and plumbing that required immediate attention. Additionally, last week, I hosted a small family gathering for a birthday, which I now realize might have caused more disturbance than intended. I completely understand how disruptive this must have been for you and truly regret the inconvenience caused. Please know that I am taking immediate steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again. The repair work has now been completed, and I will make sure that any future work is scheduled during reasonable hours. Additionally, I will ensure that social gatherings are kept quieter and end earlier in the evening. Once again, I am truly sorry for the disturbance and appreciate your understanding.
