Some individuals believe that the elderly create more burden on sociey. Others think the opposite side is more crucial that more benefits are brought when more and more people become old. In my point of view, the drawbacks should be more considered since it is more urgent. On the one hand, disadvantages which are forecasted can be economic and social issues. Firstly, people who are over 65 years old are mainly retired. Such people depend mostly on societal benefit which brings them the huge spending every month. Soldiers, for example, receive up to 75 percent of their salary when they were working when this takes place for a long time, it unconditionally create a burden for a nation's financial condition. Sencondly, when more and more companies or organization is run to meet the production demand and the high older population which can cause a lack of employees in many industries. Deniel workers in factory are the suitable example for this. They are older and older and the young generation can allocate for the need which easily make the performance and the profit go down in the short run. On the other hand, the experience and the skillful knowledge are ones they can take full use of. Firstly, Since working in a certain domain for a long time so their experience can help them devote as much as for the company or organization as well. Such experience is the main key to boost the economic of their workforce. Secondly, their life advice also can be helpful. Grandparents, for example, can teach their children what to do when they have trouble or become a good person since they have overcome those things in their lives. They know very well about the value and the moral we need to preserve for our country to become better and better. Although their past experience from life as well as from work can help their children or younger generation in general and the moral value they give the younger should be counted, more and more the elderly can cause a burden for the government's finance and the lack of employees happen in some region. The government should consider the solution to deal with the cons.
