Task answer
The amount of countryside dwellers is dwindling dramatically due to tempting living conditions from city life, and this trend has brought several drawbacks. In this essay, I am going to clarify what issues this tendency brings.
Firstly, tremendous outsourcing from countryside to city affects the job recruitment in both places. While there will be a paucity of human resources in rural areas, the flooded workforce in metropolitan often hinders the successful rate for an ordinary person to get a normal job, leading to the uprising of unemployment rate. Moreover, the salary per hour received from employees will be diminished as there are plenty other worker substitute options for employers, who always seek for a benefit maximising approach.
Secondly, increased urbanisation unveils the likelihood of soaring crime rate in a short amount of time. More people equals to more infrastructure required, and if it is not supplied adequately, petty crimes such as robbery, buglar will certainly take place, let alone much more serious wrongdoings. Regulating the number of newcomers and implementing strict rules toward the settle down of people would be considered essential to adress these problems.
To sum up, although urbanisation is an omnipresent and inevitable part of development, there are a few things that authority needs to reflect on in order not to cause any turbulance to citizens and adapt with the rapidly changing situations.
