The diagram illustrates the process in producing carbonated beverage. Overall, the process includes five major stages. Starting with the filtering raw liquid and ending with packing the items. The initial stage is purifying the raw water through the filter machine, this stage contains two minor steps which are: water softener and chemicals-filtering; ensuring the water is well-purified. Then, the liquid is transferred through a pump, leading it to the stage of vaporization and carbonation. In this stage, under the pressure of heat, the liquid evaporates and aroused with carbon dioxide, forming a special mixture. Continuing the former stage, the mixture is leaded through a pipe to a mixing tank, where the blending process occurs. The mixture is combined with colouring powder, syrup and flavour in order to enhance the palate. Afterwards, the process repeats the filtering step and fill the mixture into different bottles and cans. Finally, the final items are ready to be packed and stored at the supermarkets.
