Task description
Five months ago, you started renting an apartment on a sic-month agreement. You now wish to stay in the apartment for longer than the six months you originally agreed with the owner. Write a letter to the owner of your apartment. In your letter, say how long you now want to rent the apartment for, explain why your plans have changed, tell the owner about a problem in the apartment.
You should write a minimum of 150 words.

Hello Mr. Cooper,
I am writing this letter regarding our lease agreement. I need your permission to stay a bit longer. I am one of your tenant living at Maple court on a lease agreement from the past five months. I am Currently working with a food company and they promoted me as a Supervisor so I am requesting you that I want to live here more than six months which is the time period for the contract. As, I have better career opportunities in the same city so I
decided to stay 6 months more here. Additionally, I am familiar with the apartment and the surroundings. As a Onus tenant I always give my rent on time and things will same for the future.
Please let me know about your decision. I also want to share an issue with you that from the last two weeks the heater is not working properly and due to weather change it's really difficult to stay warm. I am requesting you that if you can send an electrician to look into problem it would be really helpful. I am looking from hearing to you soon. Yours Sincerely, Simran
