Hello Luis, I am hope this letter finds you in a good health and high spirits. As our Club the International Students decided to enjoy the taste of famous foods around the nations. I wanted you to make the dishes as an event organizer. I have all the faith and trust that as a multitalented person you will take this responsibility and stand on my expectations. Our Club is organizing a food fest which is taking place on Sunday 23 of May at 5 pm in the Centre town. We want you to make the popular dish from our country India which is Dal Makhni. A traditional dish with all the Indian flavours. Its is made from the pules and needs a lots of butter and cream. Additionally, the spices is the essential part it should be more spicy as according to the taste. As you know my friend more than half of the members of our club are from India. So, to give them a comfortable and friendly environment I decided to include this dish. Moreover, after the food party we decided to do a practice of diverse dances and other activities to represent the respect towards those nations.
