Task description
The diagram below shows the manufacturing process for making sugar from sugar cane. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Task answer
the theme of this diagram is the process of making sugar from sugarcane. the sugar production process includes :Growing of sugarcane , harvesting , crushing , purifying juice , evaporator , centrifuge , and lastly drying and cooling .
Growing: the process growing sugarcane takes 12 to 18 months for full grown sugarcane. Harvesting: the harvest is done by two types , one is by hand and another one is by the combine harvester. Crushing: the crushing of sugarcane is done to take the sugarcane juice .
Purifying juice: This process is clearing the waste in the juice by limestone filter. Evaporator: In this process the juice is turned into syrup by heating it. Centrifuge: this process includes separation of sugar crystals from syrup.
Drying and Cooling: lastly the sugar crystals are dried and cooled. finally we can see that how the process of sugar from suagrcane is made.
