Task answer

In recent times, mental health disorders and diseases have became an enormous concern among doctors, psychologists and the citizens, as the harms of these dangerous issues have been popularised widely in the community. Multiple measures outlined in this essay can be an effective government's implementation to support the mental treatment and enhance the community's mental health. First and foremost, individuals' mental health can be improved by the stress reduction policies in workplaces and schools. Mental disorders, such as depression, are be mainly attributed by the noticeable pressure from the deadlines, peer-pressure, or productivity requirements in people's learning and working process. These traits may force students and employees to jeopardize their strength to complete their tasks in time, causing stress and exhaustion. As a consequence, the diminishment of deadlines and requirements, also with more flexible time limits, can be an enormous encouragement for indivuduals, allowing them to work with well-being and fulfillment. Therefore, mental health issues can be prevented, as the underlying causes are eliminated effectively. Another indispensable method is to enhance the mental treatment quality, with more investments for educating therapists and psychologists. Considering the core factors of health diseases, the lack of treatments is prone to play a vital role in triggering mental issues or even critical phenomenon like self-sabotage and suicides. For instance, the Japanese government are currently encountering an increasing number of young adults hurt or kill themselves, which mainly because of the shortage in mental professionals in Japan. Since educating doctors may require an enormous amount of expenditure, the government should have considerable financial investments in the medical schools, to create more doctors in hospitals. In addition, schools and workplaces' mental therapists can also be applied to solve the mental problems of students and employees, if the support for encouraging medical education is implemented. Thus, more and more patients will be cured, and people will be defensed from severe mental issues. In conclusion, many solutions can be enacted to address the increasing harm of mental diseases in society, including the stress reduction for individuals and more investments for educating mental professionals such as therapists and doctors.
