The maps depict the plan for future transformation in the Norbiton's industrial area. Overall, significant changes will occurred, in which all industries will be replaced by accommodations and recreational facilities. Moreover, transportation system and roads will be upgraded to fulfill residents' demand. Beginning with the western side, all industries besides the roundabout will be demolished. It is projected to have a new road with a chain of houses on its west curb, which connected the big roundabout with the new housing zone in the north bank of the river through a bridge. Additionally, a new road with two accommodation areas alongside is also planned to be constructed on the northwest of the roundabout, as well as a small roundabout in the intersection connects the main road with the whole area. Lastly, shops and a medical center will be converted from industries and located respectively in the southwest and southeast of the roundabout. Regarding the eastern side, in recent times, there is a road connects the east part of the roundabout with the eastern area of the town, with five blocks of industries alongside. In the future, all industrial zones will be repurposed into residential zone, which a big playgroud in the north of those facilities will connect to the transportation system by a small path. Furthermore, at the end of the road connects the roundabout with the eastern area, there will be a school located near the houses.
