Due to many reasons, humans are generating a large amount of rubbish everyday, which raises many concerns among people. I believe this phenomenon are partly caused because of over-population, and there are many ways governments can support to mitigate it. In terms of the causes, many industries have developed at significant pace since the population are becoming denser and their basic needs also require a lot more. For instance, in power industry, in order to meet the huge demand of various needs such as electricity or water from society, the firms must discharge many kinds of chemical wastes. In fashion industry, numerous trends among people change so fast making people throw away their old fashion cloth easily. Therefore, as the population is still increasing, more garbage will be produced. Regarding the solutions from authorities, strictly rules about the discharge in companies should be improved. The solution that directly targets the causes always be the most efficient way. In this way, industries will take care of its wastes to be treated correctly, before it can be released anywhere, such as making it easier to discomposes itself while do not harm the environment. Moreover, raising people awareness about littering is also vital. Governments can provide different volunteer projects or organize classes to make sure anybody knows how can treat their own disposal. In conclusion, the growth in releasing rubbish is a situation that we hardly avoid in this developing period. However, governments have various solutions to deal with it such as improve legislation or raise awareness.
