In today's society, education system play a integral part in human's life, especially among young people. While many believe that students should learn more about other majors instead of only focusing on their core subjets, others argued that they need to allocate almost time to concentrate on studying for a qualification. As far as I'm concerned, although both views have their own justification, I lean towards the former, and the reasons will be presented as follows. On the one hand, there aree some reasons to clarify why some subcribe to the view that it is more crucial to devote their time to get an academic certificate. Proponets may argue that this will enable students get higher study achievements without being distracted by other unnecessary subjects such as PE or music. Were they to engage in other activities, they would be too occupied to pay attention to their study, which takes a toll on their educational path. In addition, applying themselves to getting good grades and degree will help them climb their career ladders, which stands a better chance of landing higher-paid jobs in the future. For example, an IELTS certificate can help young people have more opportunities to have remunerative professions that improve their life quality considerably. On the other hand, it undeniable that youngster should learn more subjects and skills to access to more job opportunitis. Firstly, learning new majors may broaden their horizons and knowledge. For example, my neighborhood is now studying at Hanoi university of Pharmacy but she also attend an extra english class to be more knowledgeable about the new language and also their cultures which has significantly enhanced her life. Furthermore, in many worst situation that if the labour market had enough employees in a particular kind of major, the graduates from there woulld be face up with the risk of unemployment. They can take advantage of such skills or subjects they have learned to address this issue in order not to be unemployed. This can tackle the problem in the short term before getting a more proper job. In conclusion, it seems to me that I prefer studying more fascinating subjects, along with my main ones to only concentrating on having an academic qualification
