The first bar chart demonstrates the major reasons for learning among students categorized by 5 age groups. The second chart compares the rate of assistance from employers according to 5 similar age brackets. Overall, people with the purpose of pursuing a career saw an downward trend with the figure for those who were over the age 49 was the lowest depite the highest initial one, while the opposite was true for counterparts learning for interest. Regarding the other chart, the age group receiving support from recruiter most was under 26 and the middle age is completely contrast. As can be seen from the first bar chart, most individuals under 26 studied with a view to finding a job, so the figure for them was also dominant at 80%. On contrary, those gaining knowledge for interest accounted for only a tiny proportion, which was one-eighth of the earlier said one. However, the kind of learning for career declined and the other rose gradually until both of them stood at the same position at the age of 40-49. The result of 80% of the total people being under 26 learning for employment reflected that they also needed much more support than any other categories in the chart. After having a steady job, older counterparts' need for help decreased mainly, except for who were over 49.
