As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual wellbeing. What factors contributes to job satisfaction? How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Task answer
Job fulfillment plays an overwhelming role in people's adult lives, on which most of their time is allocated for working responsibilities and dedication. This essay will interpret why workplace relationships can be the major factor in fostering employment satisfaction, and the viability of the common working fulfillment for every employee.
One of the most indispensable contributors for occupation wellbeing is the relationship between person and person together. This can be predicated on the assumption that the strengthened relationship between people can encourage them to express their real characteristics and be open-minded with others' weaknesses and drawbacks, which can foster the friendliness between everyone. Consequently, as people understand each other more, they can remedy workplace controversies, which usually occurred in such a stressful working environment in recent times. Moreover, people can have new friends to share different stories and situations in their lives, for instance, when they encounter hardship circumstances, such as get broken up with their girlfriends or boyfriends, or having financial problems.
It is widely acknowledged that general job satisfaction for every employee can be achieved, if employers enact several measures in their companies and organizations. First and foremost, companies can create multiple holidays and recreational activities for their employees. Take the example of many Vietnamese companies, in their annual summer vacations in the beach destinations, many team-building activities are often held to develop companionships between workers and employers. Additionally, business holders can enforce financial perks and benefits for their employees to motivate their accomplishment and productivity. Therefore, a higher level of salaries can help them affording their expenses and having more entertaining practises to raise their fulfillment.
In conclusion, the profound and harmonious company between colleagues, or between exclusives and workers, can effectively stimulate the job satisfaction in workplace. Addtionally, it is appropriate to expect the general well-being for every worker, with the implementation of sustainable recreational and financial policies.
