In this day and age, generally, the number of life age in society increased. Many people argued this ageing population can bring disadvantages for governments. While, other people believe there are advantages if society has more elderly people. From my perspective, the advantages outweigh the drawbacks. In this essay we will investigate this idea. There are many benefits if society has many ageing people. Firstly, there are full of knowledge in many fields. They can guide younger people in many situation. In many cases, using previous experiences works better than new ways. They can guide younger generation in family or professional life. Furthermore, grandparents have a vital key role in growing there grandchildren. They can teach them valuable moral with there anecdotes. Additionally, elderly people contribute to society through volunteer work and mentorship in different places. On the other hand, elderly people needs daily caring systems. As well as, healthcare services and retirement salaries. With growth of elderly generation, the economy system of that country decline. Each society for growing need young employees. That is why many countries such as Canada gives money to family who birth new child. If in one countries the number of death people being higher the number of birth in a year, it means the country is in the danger of disappearing. Due to that, governments significantly care more to younger generation rather than elderly people. In conclusion, elderly gape can have many advantages for society. Moreover, increasing the number of younger people for governments are more important. I strongly believe, younger people with their knowledge and the aide of the experience from elderly people can create a strong society.
