Task answer
In order to mitigate poverty in poorer nations, many argue that wealthier governments should bear this responsibility by sharing necessary elements such as food and education. Others believe that the governments of developing countries themselves should take their own measures. While there are merits in both points of view, I believe that there should be a balanced cooperation in addressing the compelling issues in underdeveloped countries.
On the one hand, the goals towards globalization and a balanced world can be the reason for developed countries to assist others. In fact, this approach can be super advantageous for both benefactors and receivers. To specify, many well-developed countries such as America and Russia have already invested in supporting infrastructure development and accessibility to education in some poorer nations in Africa, potentially enhancing quality of lives and fostering economc growth there. In turn, these providers may receive strong support, welcoming invitations and opportunities to invest in new-coming economies without strict constrains. However, it is unadvisable when forcing wealthy nations to pay attention to other poorer ones given that they have their own goals and rights, and nothing like a policy or agreement could compel them to do this hospitable doing.
On the other hand, in impoverish nations, it is undeniable that authorities and governors must play a pivotal role helping their citizens out of poverty. For instance, after the Second World War and Civil War with North Korea, citizens and authorisers built up again their country step by step, including raising national awareness of diligency in working and bringing up effective policies. Over a half century, South Korea has already been on the list of top-notch countries in wealth and economy, which is a fruition of efficient guidances in the past. Nevertheless, in the pathway towards fruitions of this country, there were numerous nations which supported them in aspects such as finances and industries.
In conclusion, while it is advisable for poorer countries take measures in avoiding poverty themselves, it would be challenging without the assistance of richer nations. Therefore, developed nations and underdeveloped ones should cooperate towards addressing available poverty.
