In several regions around the world, citizens living in the modern and peaceful society have a longer expectancy life than people in the past. The huge number of residents believe that this trend will lead to some potential drawbacks for authorities and community, while another group argue that it will bring about a lot of positive impacts on their life if society has more adults. From my perspective, although this problem have a few demerits, I confirm that the merits are considerable. One society or country can cope with some negative influences in preserving or developing their country. First of all, a area have the high percentages of elderly probably slowly progress or even maintain. To illustrate, because of the age, they are enforced at home and are not able to continuously dedicate their time and physical health to creating good performance. For example, the elderly can not finish their task with excellent productivity due of the decrease of memory or mental and physical health. They also do not keep up with the digital era, which always expand day by day. Besides that, when the adults retire their occupation, they will be received a mount of money by the government to take care of themselves so it account for a generous salary in State budget and it limit the sources were spend for other essential activities. In addition to downward trends, I believe that the upward trend it bring about is outweigh. The first factor is inspiration. The old people throughout almost their life and they have a deep insight, lots of knowledge and enough experiences to encourage their offspring what can they do and how do they do. Besides that, because they have worked for several years so they have a large vision, some effective strategies and have a wonderful leader skill. As a result, they can support operate and give good ideal to thrive the manufacture and boost the economic of their country. In summary, for each country, the elderly also have positive and negative for them. But in my view, I still appreciate their contribution to the grow of area and community.
