Task answer

In many countries there are two kinds of people living, older and younger, and some people have different thoughts for both of them. Here, we will discuss in detail that what are the advantages and disadvantages of this. Firstly, I want to discuss about the advantages of ageing population. As we all know that our ancestors are one of the most important parts of our lives, because they teach us about the norms and traditions, and also, they have very good experience of life, we can learn more than enough precious lessons from them. They are good source of learning new things and to live a peaceful and better life from their experiences. Now, I am going to tell you the disadvantages of having ageing population. The very first disadvantage we can see is inform of lack of contribution in economy. Lack of contribution in that sense, that they can't longer work efficiently and effectively which can cause low productivity. Also, another major break down of having ageing population is pension. Pension is like a burden on any government, and if you have more ageing population it will seriously disturb national budget. Like Japan ruled over the world due to their unbeatable manufacturing and better-quality products, but now they are facing ageing population. Italy is also facing ageing population that's why they open immigration to hunt young talent for their country. In sum up of all, having ageing population is a blessing for our personal mentorship, but if we think technically or as an economist so, it is like snow poison on national budget or treasure, because a lot of budget spends on pensions and health care of ageing population.
