Some individuals believe that accepting challenges in their occupation and their personal lives is necessary. From my perspective, although this trend causes a lot of drawbacks, I confirm that the benefits are considerable. On the one hand, when citizens take risks, they may encounter some difficulty in various factor of their life. First of all, they can face some consequences due to the risks that they meet. For example, if they admit to work at places, where have a huge amount of toxic emission, machines are uncertain or harmful chemistry, they can suffer from severe diseases like injury, cancer, high blood pressure or even death. Furthermore, a large number of challenges can make them lost their motivation, dedication and can give up. Think about when a person works in an unhealthy environment have a lot of barriers, they will feel bored, tired, impatience and do not want to everything to finish unfinished business. On the other hand, sometimes, difficulties in the life can bring about positive influences for dwellers. First and foremost, it can help improve human's patience, motivation, will and solve the problem themselves. For example, when they meet barriers in their work, they will search for the related information on the Internet or news to determine the best course of action. Besides that, make mistakes is not fail, give up is fail. When they fail one time on a field, they will enhance some experiences and will not make it one more time. They also learn from them to create more excellent performances in the future and contribute to their country. In summary, inhabitant argue that admitting challenges in their career or their life is a sad thing and it will lead to some negative affection for them. However, in my view, I can see the positive influences it brings about is substantial. I appreciate some difficulties I met in life and I always stand up on them and move forward.
