The diagram provided demonstrates the process used by the Australian Bureau of Meteorology to gather and analyze weather data in order to produce and broadcast accurate weather forecasts. In general, there are 3 main stages in their process, beginning with the collection of incoming information through various special tools and culminating with the introduction about weather system to public by using modern technologies. To begin with, Bureau accumulates incoming information through many kind of advanced machines like a satellite, a radar and a drifting buoy. Satellite offers large-scale photos of cloud movements and weather systems, while radar equipment monitors local weather conditions such as rainfall and storms. In addition, drifting buoys in the ocean supply data on sea conditions, including temperature and wave patterns. After gathering the figures, meteorologists analyze it using satellite photos, radar screens, and synoptic charts, which display atmospheric pressure patterns and other key information. Then analyzed proportions is then processed by a central computer system to prepare the broadcast. Finally, they will be introduced to the public by utilizing TV newsreaders, radios or recorded announcements.
