Task description
Five months ago, you started renting an apartment on a sic-month agreement. You now wish to stay in the apartment for longer than the six months you originally agreed with the owner. Write a letter to the owner of your apartment. In your letter, say how long you now want to rent the apartment for, explain why your plans have changed, tell the owner about a problem in the apartment.
You should write a minimum of 150 words.

Task answer
Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing regarding the lease agreement which I originally started five months ago and agreed for six months but now, I would like to extend it 6 more months because I have received new project in same area.
I travelled from Delhi to Mumbai for 6 months on-site project. The project was to install solar pannels to hundred homes in the city. The manager was pleased by my work and appreciated me and my team for all the hard work. This accomplishment of project on time made us land another project therefore I have to extend my abode for 6 more months.
Before I continue the agreement I have a problem to report. The neighbour's play loud music at night. This disturbs my sleep. My humble request is to inform them stop playing the music after 9:00 p.m. Thank you for your understanding and support. Yours faithfully, Omkar R
