Task description
You started in your present job two years ago. You now feel it is important for your career development to move to a different department in the same company. Write a letter to your manager. In your letter, say what you have learned in your present job, suggest how the company would benefit from moving you to a different department, explain why you do not wish to leave the company.
You should write a minimum of 150 words.

Task answer
Dear Gerli I am writing to let you know that i would like to move to the sourcing team in Finland. As much as I love my job role in purchasing here in Tallinn, I would like a change in my job title and deparment, because of some personal reasons, and I know this is the best time to do so.
I have loved every minute of my time here in Tallinn over the past 2 years, I have been able to build relationships with fellow co-workers, and gained hands-on experience on the job in supplier relations, on-time delivery, and getting cost saving on products and services with a top perfomance rating in my deparment. However, due to my imigration status think it is best I move on. The team in Finland are in need of a new sourcing lead to head the deparment and with my experience I know I am better suited to lead the team.
This not only solves the problem but also help me acheive my a stable immigration staus, but also help me to advance my career fowrard. I trust you will understand my situation, I look foward to your feedback. Your Faithfully Shola
