Writing report

Hello Jason Good day. I am writing to express my heartfelt apology regarding the current noise complaint coming from my flat. I received your letter yesterday, after coming back from running some errands. As you know, I moved in recently, 2 months from last week, only for me to discover terrible state of the house. I need to change the floor panels, the kitchen sink, as well as reconfigure the layout of the guest room. I recently got a quote from the Alabi's contruction shop down the alley, on the cost and how long it will take to renovate my apartment and sadly, it will take about a month to complete the renovation process. I am sorry about this, as I know this in not the type news you would like to hear. However, as a way to minimise the distrubance coming from my house, I will buy some noise damping foams to reduce the sound, preferably on Sunday, before the start of work on Monday. Once again, I am sorry for the inconveince this may have caused. I look forward to your feedback on this matter. Your Faithfully Shola
