Many people believe that living in apartment is more advantageous when compared to house. But I believe that house is a better option for living than an apartment because the house is spacious has a private backyard and swimming pool also garage parking. However, apartments can also have big rooms but does not include the a gargage and the pool is public. One reason, the house is a better choice because of the private amenities that are accessiable anytime. For example a house with a pool can be decorated with paintings, tiles and fountains of your choice. Watching the paintings of dolphines and shark will ehnance the experience of swimming. The tiles can also be decorated with gravels and white sand, so that it gives you a feeling of live beach. However, this cannot be possible with common pool because some people may dislike. Another reason, the apartment falls behind is because of the garage. A house can provide a spacious garge to store valuable items and also tool box that can be used in maintanence of car. During winter, it helps in storing the summer tires in garge space rather than keeping them inside the house. For instance, if you have to change the engine oil, this can be easily and comfortably done inhouse listening to radio in the garage. Thus, saving the cost from mechanic and also enjoying your work. In conclusion, people who believe that the apartment has more merits than the house are incorrect because residing in a house can save you money on maintanence of car and provides you with more storage space and also helps you enjoy the experience of beach by changing the design of pool.
