Task description
The maps below show an industrial area in the town of Norbiton, and planned future development of the site. Summarize the information nu selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
You should write a minimum of 150 words.

Task answer
The illustration presents the actual Norbiton industrial area and how it is planned to be in the future.
Overall, there will be several changes in town that will improve the accessibility and comfort of the residents. New establishments will be constructed such as a medical center, a school or shops. And some old spaces will be removed.
On the one hand, the factory area will be completely removed and mostly substituted for housing. Moreover, a briedge is going to be constructed across the river located in the north of the town. Behind it, there will be more space for housing.
On the other hand, following the river, you will be able to access to the shopping area and the medical center. However, if you turn right, to the east of Norbiton, you will find some spaces for children such as the playground and the schcool, surrounded by three housing spaces.
