A group of individuals believes that celebrities are too expensive to hire. This essay will focus on my agreement with this statement, and I believe that other occupations such as Doctors, Engineers, and Teachers should be paid more. Firstly, film stars are charging a lot of fees to perform or attend an event because of their popularity. Most of them are not showing their real personality, and try to influence the people with their fake stardom. They use multiple AI tools to enhance their charactor and vocal to impress the audience. However, some of them are without real talent. To illustrate, an event organised by Midven in 2023 hired one of the great singers to perform, who charged $50000 for an hour to perform. Somehow, there was a power cut, and he had to sing without autotune. His voice without autotune was as bad as a bathroom singer. This shows, the reel talent should not be paid high. There are several professions that serve the community. Doctors are considered as God who save people's lives without being unreal, likewise teachers who are called lighting lamps, because they teach students for their bright future. They receive very less for their hard work. Engineers also play a great role in the development of the country. Moreover, their work have a great sense of risk. To exemplify, my sister was used to work as a construction supervisor in a big firm, where she was getting very less salary. She had to quit the job and chose another profession as it was not sufficient. To conclude, high salaries should be paid to professions that truly serve the nation such as Doctors, Teachers and Engineers. Actors, musicians and other stars must be paid as per their job, not for their popularity.
