One of the most conspicuous trends of today's world is a colossal upsurge in the number of people thinking, house is a perfect choice to live as compared to apartments. As such, there are both merits and demerits of this trend, although I am of the opinion that the former outdo the latter. There are a number of arguments in favor of my stance. The most preponderant one is that people enjoy a plenty of space in a house. Thanks to houses, not only can individuals grow multiple plants in their home garden, but they can also enjoy the nice weather in their backyards. In addition, home owners can access their rooftops where they can perform a variety of activities such as, yoga, exercise, walking, establish a kitchen garden, and so on. To illustrate, a study conducted in America in 2023 revealed that about 70% of the total population prefer to live in a house because of its enough space. Hence, it is apparent why houses are better. Another aspect that strengthens the case for houses is that people can avoid some regulations. By living in a home, people can set their own rules without considering any limitations. These limitations include noise level, moving furniture, deliveries, and many more. To exemplify, people living in homes do not need to take beforehand approval to renovate anything in their houses. However, individuals need approval from higher management for any renovation work in apartments. This clearly proves that staying in a home is more beneficial. There are, however, some people who think that living in an apartment is more advantageous. Their primary contention is that apartments are under security supervision. With surveillance cameras, people can feel secure without any security threat due to the safe protocols for visitors. To conclude, I believe, the arguments outlined above succinctly illustrate the advantages of living in houses and prove that they are an indispensable part of the world today.
