Some people today argue that entertainers such as: film start, pop musicians or sports starits are paid high unreasonably. In my perspective, i totally disagree with this opinion due to the contributions made by their jobs to the society. In this essay, some valuable jobs which are deserve to get higher pay will also be presented. One of the most reasons for the high pay of entertainers is come from their influences to the whole society. This is because they can create a huge inspiration among fans through their work, even non-fans care about their activities. As they create some beautiful values to the society and then, their fans in turn follow their actions due to the bandwagon effect. For example, many beauty queen in Viet Nam such as: Khanh Van, Hhennie, ... do a lot of volunteer works to inspire others to become aware of more society problems. For that, they obviously deserve to be paid too much money. However, there are some famous people who stand out by scandals and not create any meaningful things to themself and society, therefore, should not be paid as high as the first one Regarding some jobs which deserve to be paid highly, the first one may come from some jobs play an important role in society: doctor. This is because doctor is considered as an necessary role in rescuring and making sure the safety of people's health. They are also the most important labor force in shaping a good society and country. In fact, 40% people having huge influence and contribution to England is doctor in 2025 (World Economic Forum). Secondly, teacher is seem as a fundamental base for developing a country. In other words, they are equipped to prepare and teach a generation to become mature and knowledgable taking everything into consideration, it obviously acknowledge that entertainer have their own value to get much money in their jobs. However, the other jobs: doctor, teacher, ... are also deserve to be paid like them. To deal with this problem, a joint attempt of all stakeholders: governments, communitiesa and even individuals to spread the equality among all types of job nowadays
