Hi Lyka, I am Kessie Castillo from room 403, which is adjacent to your apartment. I am writing to let you know that for the past few days I have been hearing loud noises coming from your unit, especially in the morning. Sometimes it is from your stereo, while the other days is from your television. As you see, I am working-from-home, conducting online trainings, and these really affect me especially during meetings and classes. Sometimes, it disrupts my flow of thought, especially when I am talking or having conversation with them. There once an instance wherein my colleagues have heard what's playing in your unit. I know a building policy is being reinforce to address this kind of problem. I would suggest checking this with the building manager to understand the do's and don'ts. Moreover, you can lower down the volume of your devices or use a headphones to better capture the sound experience.
