Dear Paragh, I hope this letter finds you well. I'm pleased to hear that our club is going to hold an event to admire the great taste of different nationalities. As you're aware of my passion for cooking, I'd like to participate in this event not only as a member of the organization, but as a chef to satisfy the taste buds of the individuals. I'm thinking of making Pkhal Bhaat, which is one of the most famous dishes of India. The dish is basically made of rice, curd, mint, salt, black papper, and some boiled vegetables. Although it sounds like a very simple food, trust me it has a wide range of health benefits, such as purifying the blood of the body and other heart relating issues. As we know, people are becoming health conciuous these days, this meal will serve a good deal to fulfil their diet requirements. In addition, this dish will also set a symbol that the taste does not always come from a dish full of spices. Sometimes, simple ingredients make a mouth-watering dish.
