Task description
You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world. Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter, offer to make a popular dish from your country, describe what this dish is, explain why it should be included in the event.
You should write a minimum of 150 words.

Task answer
Dear Luis,
I'm writing to express my interest to attend to the event related to celebrating national food from different parts of the world. This is such an amazing idea which gives all of us an opportunity to try the food from various countries and to know other students' cultures more. Furthermore, I wanted to let you know that I'm happy to make an Iranian famous plate named "kashk o bademjan" for other international students. This food contains of eggplant and tomato, so it's completely vegan. The reason that I picked this dish was not only becuase it is a very tasty and traditional Iranian food, but also, it's suitable for vegetarians as well, so everybody can taste Iranian cuisine and enjoys it. I think this food can represent Iranian food and culture properly. Anyway, thank you so much for organizing this amazing event and looking forward to seeing you all soon.
