Task answer

A segment of the population believes that the high salaries earned by celebrities in the entertainment and sports industries are excessive. I agree that certain underpaid jobs deserve higher salary as they contribute more to society than entertainers. It is generally said that, civil servants are the backbone of any country, as they engage in some level for the sole purpose of its betterment. From Soldiers to Fire fighters, which are individuals that put their lives on the line for the safety of their countrymates. Such social actors commend higher payments for their services. In addtion, a society flourish and reach to new heights as much as it take care of those who fulfill their civil duties. For example, fair remuneration to teachers will ensure greater motivation to teach better. Consequently, it will undoubtely improve the grades of the students which will foster better pupils. However, advocating for musicians or sport stars to receive less earnings should not be the only main focus. Firstly, we must compare the importance of each job domain to the level of contribution within one society. To illustrate this, a poor country won't be able to pay the same amount of money to an engineer than a rich country. Hence, one must have a sense of patriotism and not be irrealistic in real life. In addition, if an engineer remain in his country and contribute to the development of his land, it can lead to a better life for his peoples. To sum up, I believe the best approach to ensure fair earning across all jobs is to measure the contributions of each individuals and enhancing the feeling of community gain over money.
