Dear Luis, I hope you are doing well? How have you been coping with the stress of event planning? I know it's your thing and you always exceed expectations. I am writing to inform you that i will be participating in the forthcoming food event.I am excited about this because it will serve as a platform for me and others to showcase our cultural diversity through food. I will be preparing a dignified Nigerian dish from the southern Ijaw ethnicity named 'ONUNU',.It is a food reserved for special royalties on special occasions. It is made from over ripened plantain boiled with yam and pounded together. This is eaten with Fresh fish pepper soup stew prepared with palm oil and local pepper soup spices. It is a highly nutritious and caloric dish. I humbly appeal that you consider my request as this will help to enhance visibility of the Ijaw ethnic group. i will also be available to support in setting up the place for the event and any form of assistance you will need.
