A growing number of the public is increasingly in favor for women's on becoming part of our armed services whether be in the army, the navy or the air force. I believe that such policy is long overdue and should have been adopted long time ago. Women's inclusion in the military has a strong argument based on principles of equality, talent utilization, and national security, with many nations now allowing women in all branches and combat roles. From a perspective of education, women's have been in the forefront of all major fields for the past 15 years. To illustrate this, the number of female nobel prize winners in the last 8 years is double as much as the number of male winners. Succesful integration of such highly intelligent girls would be effective in the innovation industry of warfare technology. For instance, Germany have adopted a policy that allows female soldier to access high strategic positions within the navy solely depend on their level of education. While concerns about physical differences exist, modern military training and a wide array of roles allow women to contribute their unique skills effectively. The lack of fitness prowess of the lady's are easily made up for by their natural sense of out of the box thinking. For example, particularly in the field of piloting, woman's have been leap frogging and outperforming male candidates in terms problem solving situations and fast decision making. Furthermore, excluding women's from military service on the basis of gender would be misogynistic and violates their fundamental rights to pursue any profession. Consequently depriving a pool of diverse skillset and perspective to our national security. Empowering women to join the army, navy, and air force is a logical and beneficial step for both individuals and the nation. Through a commitment to equal opportunity and a focus on a diverse and competent fighting force, armed services can harness the full potential of their entire population
