Technology and social media have altered the most paid roles. Lots of famous characters and celebrities earn a lot of money solely because they are in the spotlight in the social media and public are usually interested and curious in their personal life. I strongly disagree with this trend and believe that there are several other roles which should be prioritized and be paid more. From my perspective, nowadays there is a kind of imbalance in the salaries of various jobs in the society. Many of people getting paid a huge amount of money although they probably do not deserve it. These roles in my opinion are those related to being only famous and popular or jobs in the beauty areas; for instance and from my personal experience, I once got charged £400 only for dying my hair, which was 3 times more that what I paid my dentist the other time. However, I believe that there are several other occupations that should be among the highest income, including those who work hard although they don't have academic background such as workers. The reason for that is I think people should also get paid based on their hard work and not only according to their academic experiences. There are also other jobs that I believe should be highly paid such as the those jobs which are related to people's health, well-being and their quality of life. However, it is worth to mention that, I think this groups of people are already have satisfying salaries. In conclusion, there are several roles which are highly paid without making any extraordinary efforts on a daily basis to achieve this money. I'm strongly against this trend and I believe hard workers should be paid more.
