Task answer
The type of the property that people prefer to live in differs from one individual to others. Some people may find it more convenient to live in a flat, while others might choose to live in their detached houses. Living in both of these kind of houses can have some advantages and some disadvantages and this essay will delve into them.
Regarding living in an apartment, there are several positive points that can be discussed including, feeling safer, more specifically, being surrounded by others not only can make you feel safer mentally, but also, and based of different studies, can decrease the chance of being robbed. Furthermore, having more people around you can lead to having more social interaction and making more friends, which is crucial for well-being. However, there are some unavoidable issues that come with living in an apartment such as unwanted noises, or having constant problems with some of your neighbours, for instance those who don't want to pay the charge on time.
However, by living in a house, you can avoid those sort of problems. From my very own experience, I can say, when you live in a detached house, you can live in a peace and quiet. Moreover, there are loads of other benefits, such as having your own nice garden, and probably a bigger place to live in. Having said that, there are also some negative points when you live in a house distinct from other houses. For example, I will never forget the nights that I couldn't sleep, solely because I was too scared of the strange sound coming from y garden and I felt frightened and lonely.
To summarize, different styles of properties can provide you with various positive and negative options. Although living close to others can make you feel safer, you cannot ignore the potential problems that your neighbours can make for you such as late parties at nights. Living in a house on the other hand might give you a quieter space, but at the same time can increase you personal responsibilities as well as making you fell lonely.
