people often argue about what it's better, to live in a house or in an apartment. This is why, today in this essay we will be talking about their advantages and disadvantages. But in my opinion, both have pros, it just depends on are you looking for. one of the main advantages of living in a house is the peace that surrounds you. This is because normally, they are located in the outskirts of the city. For example, you won't find it in the city center of Madrid, if you want to live in a big house you will have to go to a town close to Madrid. In addition, another benefit, is that you can have a lot of things in it. I mean, you can have a pool, garden... on the other hand, one significant advantage of living in an apartment is that you will be close to everything. They are normally located in the city center, this means that you can go everywhere walking, or using public transport. For example, if you live in Madrid city, you don't need to take the car everywhere, of you need to go to the grocery store, you can go by walk. In conclusion, it all depends of what are you looking for, living in a house means that there won't be a lot of noise around you, and living in a flat, means that you have everything really close to you. In my opinion, if I had to live in Madrid, I would prefer an apartment, but If I had to live in a town, with not a lot of population, I would prefer a house.
