Task answer
Lack of leisure time causes a lot of health issues to students and working people in their early thirties. They work hard in order to earn more money and get a better quality life. But at the same time they do not take into account, that instead they get tired quickly and the outcome is not usually sufficient.
Firstly, high school and University professors, all of them try their best and provide with the enormous amount of materials for study purposes. They want their students to know their subject as best as they can. It causes unexperienced fresh students to quickly become overwhelmed and feel a lot of pressure. Ultimately it does not mean the better performance in their work or assignments. As example, in Ukraine students have a homework, starting from grade 1 and as they get use to it - eventually they cannot relax until they done. Students, become adults and this burden they carry forever.
It is a common theory, that 20% of somebody's useful time should be spent on the task, instead of 80% of useless. People are not robots, they have to rest in order to get energy. The leisure time can be active or passive. A great range of various activities, such as gym, dance, gymnastics, swimming offers an alternative to recharge after hard work. For some, it is better to take a quick 30 minutes nap instead. It is your own preference and could be different from other perspectives.
Life-work balance is the key feature to a society success. Do not ever limit yourself to hard work. Life is one time journey, learn how to enjoy and get the most of it.
