Task description
In numerous regions, there has been a significant increase in obesity among children and adolescents. What are the main factors contributing to this issue? What strategies could be implemented to combat childhood obesity? Provide reasons and examples based on your knowledge or experience, and write at least 250 words.

Task answer
Obesity has significantly impacted a lot of children and adults around the globe. The main factors are: social media attraction, fast food preference and lack of exercises. Those issues could be resolved by using some techniques.
Firstly we have to stress this out, that the adults set the example for the kids. They are the main characters to blame. Most parents prefer to consume fast food, and choose breakfast or dinner at MacDonalds or French Fries, instead of cooking more healthy and vitamin contained dishes at home. Also, a bulk of population due to the luck of free time or even laziness do not spend their spare time exercising or even walking outside, hiking, etc. Instead they prefer to watch movies or just lye in a bed, relaxing. Finally, in recent years all the world population got insanely involved in social media. People do not have time to practice good habits. They would better follow the posts and news of the famous influencers, who praise their life style and advise to believe in miracles, while struggling to keep themselves in shape.
In order to surrender obesity, everyone, no matter the age, should spend at least 15 minutes per day exercising. Your body has to feel good. People can make food during the weekend and freeze it, so it will save them time during the week and they have the opportunity to consume self-prepared rich and healthy food. To avoid enticement for fast food people can make it a rule - to donate money for a charity project or someone in need. It is important to see a dietician if you lost control over your weigh and cannot succeed on your own.
The issue is manageable, try to allocate the time needed for improving healthy habits and keep following the regime. Do not put your health in somebodies hands and try your best to teach your kids that healthy habits in everything is the key for happy life.
