You are interested in volunteering for a local charity or organization. Write a letter to the organization. In your letter: Introduce yourself and explain why you are interested in volunteering Mention any relevant skills or experiences you have Ask about the types of volunteer opportunities available and any requirements they might have Write at least 150 words. Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Abu Syed, recently I have moved to this city with my family. Currently, I am working as a 'Software Developer' at Multi Color Corporation (MCC). The purpose of my writing today is to gather information about your future volunteering opportunities for the local community, because I am so in with this sort of work, and I have previous experience as well.
Before moving to this place I used to live in Toronto, where I had connected with a local charity, and we used to help old-aged people in their household work. In addition, I have been working for an orphanage home care for the last 2 years. Plus, my wife also helps to find shelter for homeless people.
However, I have heard that your team provides support to many people who are unable to do their own work because of disability. Me and my wife could help your team to enhance the support for them. Otherwise, if you have any other opportunities available now then you can contact us, we are eager to help your team.
