Dear Landlord, I am Abu Syed. I have been living in your apartment for the last 6 months. The apartment is located at 'Ouellette Avenue' in 'Windsor', and the room number where I am staying right now is 414. I am staying with my family here, and for the last few days we have been facing some maintenance issues in our kitchen staff. In addition, the stove in our kitchen is not working at all. I have already lodge a complaint to your support staff, but they have not taken any further steps yet. Me and my family members are having a serious issue to cook food for our children, so every time we have to buy food from outside, which is very costly and harmful for kids. I request you to either change our stove in a day or send someone to fix our current stove, otherwise it would be a huge problem for us.
