Task description
You are going on a short course to a training college abroad. It is a college that you have not been to before. Write a letter to the accommodation officer. In your letter: * Give details of your course and your arrival/departure date * Explain your accommodation needs * Ask for information about getting to and from the college Write at least 150 words. You do NOT need to write any addresses.
You should write a minimum of 150 words.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to inform you that I am going to attend a short course in your esteemed institution, and it is the first time I am attending your college.
In addition, I already enrolled in French Language course, which is going to start from 15 November 2025. The duration of the course is about three months, and the course instructor name is Fred Cannington. Moreover, I already booked my ticket for 10 November 2025, as I am flying from Bangladesh so my arrival date to your country will be 11 November 2025 at approximately 12 pm.
Furthermore, it would be helpful if you could provide me a single room to stay during my course period, as I am not comfortable to share my room due to my OCD issues. Besides, I would need halal food for my meal, because I come from a practicing muslim family, and it is strictly prohibited to consume any non-halal food or drinks.
Lastly, it would be appreciated if you could provide me some information about getting to and from the college, therefore I do not face any problem to navigate your location.
