Writing report

Dear Neighbours, I am writing in response to your recent letter regarding the noise coming from my flat. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you. The main reason for the disturbance over the past few days is that I have been renovating my living room. I had planned to complete the work during the daytime; however, the contractors were delayed, and some of the drilling unfortunately continued into the evening. I fully understand how disruptive this must have been, especially for those who have young children or work early in the morning. Please be assured that I have already spoken to the renovation team and instructed them to limit all remaining work strictly between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Moreover, the loudest tasks have now been completed, so you should experience very little noise from now on. I will also notify you in advance if any further work becomes necessary. Once again, I am truly sorry for the disturbance and appreciate your understanding and patience.
