Dear Mr. Sharma, I am writing to formally report a water leak in the bathroom of Flat 4B, which I have been renting for the past year. The issue was first noticed on 28 October and has worsened despite a temporary repair. There is persistent dripping from the ceiling above the shower, along with peeling paint and a damp odour spreading into the hallway. More concerningly, the bathroom lighting circuit trips intermittently when the area is wet, posing a potential safety risk. As a precaution, I have stopped using the shower, which has caused considerable inconvenience, and mould has begun to develop on the adjoining wall. I reported the problem to the building manager on 30 October, and a plumber attended on 1 November to replace a seal; however, the leak resumed within two days. I have attached photographs and short videos taken this morning for your reference. Given the urgency of the situation, I would appreciate it if you could arrange a permanent repair as soon as possible and confirm a suitable time for access.
