Task answer

In recent years, it is widely debated whether living in a house offer more benefits OR staying in an apartment is better. In my opinion, there are several factors that contribute to the decision, and it is more of a personal choice rather than a practice, which will be discussed in the upcoming paragraphs. To being with, living in an apartment is cheaper and requires less maintenance. Families that prefer more privacy and less hindrance from neighbours are more likely to opt for an apartment in a building. For example, flat owners are entitled to get various maintenance services at a reduced price. Additionally, IT Professionals are working in shifts and tend to return from work at late night, and if they are staying in a flat, they have a designated parking in the basement which allows them to park their vehicle and take the lift to their floor without interrupting anyone in the society. That said, having your own residence provides more space that be utilized for some other activities such as swimming, gardening, etc. Additionally, villas allow a joint family to stay together in a house on multiple floors. For instance, house is a better choice for people living in a joint family who need separate space for each individual or family within the house. In conclusion, although a house offers more space and multiple floors, there could be more advantages of living in an apartment for a nuclear family. Therefore, it is entirely a personal choice and family needs that can help in taking the decision.
