I believe this information is incorrect and would like this issue to be reviewed. I have had this account for several years and have always managed it carefully. After receiving your notice, I immediately checked my bank statement and reviewed online records. According to my records, there were sufficient funds in my account at the time mentioned in your letter. There was no negative balance shown, and I have not made any transaction that would result in an overdraft. Therefore, I believe there may have been an administrative error. I kindly request that you investigate this matter as soon as possible and correct any mistakes.
